The resort you stay in on this tour is very small and so the group is looked after very well by the resort staff; there is no Just You Holiday Director. Typically, you'll have the same driver guide throughout your stay so you can build up a good relationship with them.  The lodge staff are fully aware that they're looking after a Just You group.  You'll be collected by a guide at the airport in Johannesburg who will take you to the lodge and ensure you're all checked in with the resort team. You will also be given an emergency contact, should you need anything.
