Hi Team

I am very sorry to see that you have removed the included chauffeur service for holidays booked after 01/09/22 as this is a further cost that many of us will have to factor in when looking to book future holidays.

Is this likely to be reinstated for any holidays going forward?

Unfortunately we have temporarily suspended our Private Chauffeur Service on bookings made from 1st September 2022.

Providing value for money and an exceptional holiday experience is important to us, as we know it is for our customers. Customer feedback tells us that having the ability to choose the service they use provides the best value for money and experience.

Our Private Chauffeur Service is operated by a third-party operator. Rising cost increases from this third party coupled with significant cost increases across the aviation sector has forced us to re-evaluate our position.

All of our holiday prices will reflect the flexibility we are now giving to customers to choose how they travel to the airport.

It is our hope that when the market stabilises and when we can offer this service while offering value for money we will look to relaunch the Private Chauffeur Service.

Thank you for your post. We are looking into various partners that we can recommend booking your Private Chauffeur Service with, as soon as we have some reliable options we will be in a position to include it as an option.

Yes if the booking was made before 1st September 2022 the Private Chauffeur Drive will be honoured.
