Hi Vickie

Firstly can I say thanks to Mike A (Reviews Section) I had been looking at Puglia for next May and normally check out my holidays on the website so hadn't realised the Hotel for next year had changed (adding 30 minutes to transfer time) as it is only in the brochure not on the website. So unfortunately the website is again behind the eight ball. On checking the Brochure further (going to return to an old chestnut) I see that it has also dropped 4 dinners for next year I appreciate that this is probably done to try and hold prices down for 2020 but after getting together on Day 1 for dinner the next time is Day 5 which I think tends to split the group up. I hope someone Reviews next years trip as I would like to be proved wrong. The Intinerary visits Locorotondo twice (day 3 and day 5) and on day 6 (according to the Brochure) the visit to Monopoli is apparently not far from our base in Selva di Fasano ???  My last concern is the Hotel apparently runs a shuttle bus !!! to the swimming pool I don't see any mention of the 140 or so steps to the pool !!!

So unfortunately this has now fallen down my holiday list. Fellow travellers please write a Review early next year.

Once again, for the second year running, I haven't been sent a brochure. I have sent a request to Vickie but she hasn't picked it up seemingly so I have ordered one through the website and am still waiting!

Just You seem to be getting worse on the customer service side.

As you know, I was also looking at Puglia, as well as Sardinia, but that just seems far too remote so like you I don't know what to do next year.

I am looking at other tour companies too but it may well be "better the devil you know" 

As you've got a brochure and may see something different text me the details, the bowling season is now over so I will be available most of the time.
