I am still waiting for My feedback form, post my Puglia Trip. Beginning to think JY are not really interested in my, and other customers views?

I'm really sorry to hear that, we have had a significant delay due to issues at our mailing house, so there is now a backlog to forms being sent out.

Hi, it is a fabulous trip. Puglia is a slower pace than the city trip. I feel its the real Italy. Very little commercialisation. Really great trips to interesting towns, with good "down time", to relax and get ready for dinner. The hotel is good, with a bar called Boho, 5 minutes walk away, for pre dinner drinks. 

We were a group ages 54 to 80, we all loved the trip.

There are a couple of trips to masseras, really great fun, interesting, and of course fabulous food.

I have travelled a lot in italy, this is my favourite location. The olive oil trip, and Monopoli are well worth the money, as an add on.

I probably won't do that, as I have tried to email before, did not get any response. What ever is happening, so many glitches?

Hi Denny,

OK no problem, it should arrive shortly.

The mailing house that we use has experienced technical problems which unfortunately has had a knock-on effect for us as it has delayed our letters going out.

We are changing the mailing house that we use going forward so we hope this will no longer be an issue in future.

Hi Vickie,

After all the problems I have had over the years trying to get brochures (finally sorted after numerous efforts by the wonderful Julia) and not getting questionnaires over the last few years, I am delighted to hear you will be using a new mailing house in the future.  Hope it goes well for you without any hitches!
