Hi Vickie.

I sent my final balance (Booking reference A428776) payment on Tuesday 1st class post, and have not received an invoice in the post yet.  Are you able to confirm that the cheque has been received by yourselves, and that I will receive an invoice in due course?

I posted on another thread re non arrival of promised email booking confirmation.  Not had a reply, so rang yesterday to chase.  Have now received details. I have had similar problems with JY bookings over the past three years, including late arrival of final documents. One of many reasons I have been travelling wth other companies over the past year.  Hoping that things have improved, I have given JY another chance,  sadly  it doesn’t seem so.
