I received a brochure (Brown Experience The World) 2 to 3 weeks ago and on Page 35 the Namibia holiday is advertised to book from February 2019 through to October 2019. I rang the office last week and was told, after the gentleman on the phone had checked with his manager, that this holiday would be available to book this week. Imagine my disappointment when I’ve tried to book today only to be told a) I cannot book until September and b) there will not be any dates in February 2019. I find this extremely frustrating and annoying to have to keep making calls with no outcome. I also have a voucher towards my next holiday (valid for 6 months) which I received after my last trip to South Africa in February of this year which I take it you will honour for my Namibia trip if and when it happens .

Thank you for your message. Unfortunately there was an error on the system which meant Namibia was not showing as on sale. We've now fixed this and it's on sale from today over the phone, and it will be online from tomorrow. If you decide to book, you will be able to use your voucher.

There is a slight change to the itinerary in the brochure which is that in 2019 there are 11 breakfasts and 9 dinners included in the tour, free time to eat at a restaurant of choice has been given on Day 5 and 12.

Unfortunately we've have had to cancel our February date, but there are three dates available: 8 May 19, 31 July 19, 9 Oct 19.
