The flights are with BA and are booked as individual pairs. Because of this we are unable to pre seat passengers together as individual pairs.
However, customers will be able to go online and pre select seats themselves should they wish to sit together (for an airline charge and subject to availability) or free of charge if they check in online, which won't be until at least 24 hours prior to departure. We will need to have issued the tickets at our end for them to pre select their seats, and we will aim to do this approximately 4 weeks before the departure date for this particular tour.
