Hi Julia/Amy,

As you know I live in Ireland and shortly before Christmas I had to ask a friend if I could supply JY with her address in order to satisfy ATOL regulations, as JY had requested me to do.  I was assured that all correspondence (including brochures) would still be sent to me in Ireland, apart from communications regarding a change to the holiday which I understand you are obliged to send to the UK address I supplied.  I have checked on this twice now and was reassured that everything that can be emailed, would be emailed and that brochures etc. would definitely be sent to me in Ireland.

So imagine my annoyance today when my JY friend informed me that my new JY brochure had arrived at her address!!  Can you please ensure that one will be posted to me in Ireland so that she doesn't have to go to the trouble and expense of posting it to me?

Many thanks,

Bob

Good Afternoon Bob,

I'm sorry to hear that the new JY brochure has arrived at your friend's address as opposed to your address in Ireland.

I have requested that a copy be sent to your home address in Ireland.

Kindest Regards,

Amy

On the subject of new brochure, although I’m told I’m on the mailing list (more than once I might add!) I receive the small ones but never receive the big brochure.  Each time I get a whiff there’s a new big brochure out I have to phone and request one.  This has been going on for years!

And Kerry/Kezzer is featured twice!!

Amy, as you will see from the above comment, my brochure arrived today - many thanks for sorting this out for me.  It looks wonderful, beautiful photography and a very appealing layout.

Just one question regarding the guaranteed departures - which I've already said is a terrific step forward.  If only one or two people have booked, I presume this means that the tour will go ahead as planned.  But if the numbers are very low, will the people who have booked be contacted to let them know?  I have no problem with a small group; however if it was just me or just two or three booked, I would like to know beforehand.  I'm not sure I'd like to take the name "Just You" too literally!!

Best wishes,

Bob

Hi Amy/Julia,

Despite receiving post for another JY member, it appears that you are not sending me the latest brochure! Have you decided to take my name off the mailing list, because I didn't request that? The majority of people seem to have received the brochure.

Cheers,

Hils

Good Afternoon Bob,

If the tour is guaranteed it will go ahead. As we know that our Just You travelers enjoy sharing their experiences with like-minded adventurers, if the numbers are low on a particular tour we would be in touch to give the option of moving the booking to another date, but obviously it is absolutely customer choice so if customers still wanted to travel on the particular date the tour will go ahead.

Kind Regards,

Amy

Hi Amy,

Thanks for answering my question - albeit ten days later!!

That's pretty much what I thought.

Best wishes,

Bob

Good Morning Rose,

At Just You we are not anticipating this happening too often as we work hard to ensure that what we are offering in terms of tours is something that appeals to all of our loyal and new customers alike. To answer your question if a tour is guaranteed but numbers are low and people are still keen to travel it will go ahead.

Kindest Regards,

Amy
