Hi Amy

I would be grateful if you could find out as to whether or not we have to pay for optional excursions as soon as we show interest in them.  Asking, as today I received 'Holiday Information' invoice requesting payment of optional excursions.  First of all the wrong excursions were listed (payment was being asked for 3 excursions which were included in my booking since this was the offer for booking this trip before Christmas last year) and only one correct extra optional excursion was included.  When I made my final payment, I only inquired about what other optional excursions were available and did not really commit myself as to which ones I wanted to do as I needed more information on what was involved.  Anyway, I called Just You and asked the customer services rep to correct my holiday record and list the correct optional excursions which I want to do and pay for.  She wanted me to pay today and said that they will just keep on sending me reminders till I pay.  In the end I told her that I will pay at end of November and she has made a note so hopefully I will not get too many reminders.  I rather pay sometime in December.  I know you can book the excursions up to 5 days before departure so why does Just You need the payment now?  Has something changed?
