I have received details of an optional excursion in Beijiing and the email states that it can only be booked with the Tour Manager or Local Guide which presumably means in Beijiing rather than in Mongolia at the start of the tour.  Can this be paid for on credit card and if not what currency will be required - dollars or local?

In addition to the excursions already included in your holiday price we are pleased to offer some optional excursions during your stay. These have been carefully planned to give you the opportunity to enjoy further sights and experiences to make your holiday even more memorable. Your Tour Manager will be happy to provide you with any additional information you may require. Reservations for these excursions will be accepted by your Tour Manager and payment should be made in Yuan. We regret we are unable to accept payment by credit card, unless otherwise stated.
