I wonder if you can help me?
I am booked on the Costa Rica trip flying from Glasgow and was really looking forward to it until I received my invoice with flight details. They show I have been booked to fly -
Glasgow -Newark on 9th March and Newark - San Jose on 8th March!!
I have phoned 3 times and emailed customer services (no reply from them) to ask for correct details to be confirmed by email but so far all that happens is I am sent the same wrong detaills in an 'ammended' invoice. The ATOL certificate I was sent 3 times is also dated wrongly as 9th March.
I am worried that I am booked on the wrong flight and cannot find anyone to help sort this out. Can you advise me of someone I can contact?
