Hi Elisa.

I sent a cheque off last Friday for the balance of my holiday in November.

Imperial Cities of the Danube.  Booking Reference A******.  This was sent first class post.

I have yet to receive confirmation that this has been received by yourselves.

Is there anyway that you can check for me, and confirm please? 

Also.  I thought that I was already registered to use the "View My Holidays" facility, but when I tried to log in tonight, I was rejected.  Is there any reason that you are aware of?

I can see on your booking that there is a balance of £0.00 so it looks like your payment has been received.

In terms of the 'View my Holidays'. If you can let me know what email address you may be using, I can ask the team to look into this for you.
