Hi. I am booked for this holiday for 6th September.

I notice in the brochure I received today that there is an option to upgrade to GoldLeaf Service.

I don't recall mention of this when I booked back in August last year.

Is this something new that should have been done when I booked, or will it be one of the options you send me with my Holiday Pack in later in the year?

Thanks

Hi leahk,

You're in for a great treat and its not too long away!

We do mention the upgrade to GoldLeaf in our last couple of brochures, but as I am sure you understand it can be a little tricky to spot. I would recommend giving one of our Holiday Advisors a call because they will be able to provide you with all the up-to-date details (including prices) if you are interested in upgrading. Sorry I can not be of anymore help.

Kindest regards,

Monty

There was a thread on here a while back regarding upgrading or not upgrading....perhaps monty can put the link up, or if I were you I would ask the question again on the main board, to gain what people who have done this have thought, at the end of the day the decision is yours, but might be nice to have some other travellers thoughts.

I phoned an advisor and upgraded. There was never any doubt whether to do it or not, we are on the train for two days so I want the best possible experience of the Rockies.

Wish I could work out why I never get any get any emails to say when someone replies to a thread I have subscribed to.

Hi Leahk

I am on this trip on 17 May and looking forward to it tremendously. I like you have upgraded to gold service as its a very long time on the train over the 2 days and agree on the best possible experience after going all that way.
