Having recently booked this trip, I must say I'm so looking forward to going back to an area I haven't been to for some time. All previous reviews on the forum have been from very happy people who have loved this holiday, that is, apart from the standard of the food at the hotel? On the forum it doesn't look like this problem has been taken up by JY staff? I maybe wrong? But would welcome comments from you in this regard. I love this area and know I will have a great time - but please JY these holidays aren't cheap and the food should be up to a decent standard?

Hi Mags,

Sorry for the delay in replying to your message, we've had a chat to some of our team to get a full picture.

We do monitor all feedback that is received and pass on these comments to our suppliers, in the most part they address any issues that have been encountered and work to improve the service they offer us and our travellers. I have been advised the hotel is now under new management and the quality of the food has improved but as with all of our holidays we will continue to monitor the feedback from our customers.

I understand that you have spoken with my colleague Sue this morning and she has been sharing with your her experiences of the hotel and surrounding area - I hope this has helped to whet your appetite for your upcoming holiday.

Am looking at this holiday for Christmas but I can't see anything about the board basis. Is it B & B, half board or full board?

Hi LynetteB,

The board basis for Christmas in Andalucía is half-board and this is in our larger A4 'Festive Breaks' brochure.
