Sorry for the delay in replying to your message, we've had a chat to some of our team to get a full picture.
We do monitor all feedback that is received and pass on these comments to our suppliers, in the most part they address any issues that have been encountered and work to improve the service they offer us and our travellers. I have been advised the hotel is now under new management and the quality of the food has improved but as with all of our holidays we will continue to monitor the feedback from our customers.
