I rang yesterday to enquire about the Monet's Garden tour. I had to redial twice because the lines were so bad. When I did get a line that allowed me to hear the agent on the other end, he was singularly unhelpful. I don't expect agents to know everything about every holiday but surely they have access to information about departure and arrival times at St Pancras for tours departing in May and June.

Please Julia can you help? With hindsight I should have come straight to you!

For the May 29 and June 5 departures, are these dates cleared to go, what is the maximum group size, what are the arrival and departure times from St Pancras and finally if I need an overnight stay can JY book me a hotel room. If so what is the approximate cost of a room, and how far will it be from the station.

So, both the May 29 and June 5 departures have been given the green light to operate and we can take up to 35 travellers on each of these. In terms of timing these are currently listed as follows:

May departure:

Depart St Pancras: 12:24hrs

Arrive St Pancras: 14:39hrs

June departure

Depart St Pancras: 13:31hrs

Arrive St Pancras: 116:13hrs

As always, I must state that these timings are provisional and would be confirmed in your final documents should you book with us.
