Do you have an update on the hotel that will be used for this trip in 2015? I am hoping to go in May, but have heard/read some worrying feedback about the hotel and changes being made to the hotel because of poor feedback, etc.

I know that hotel quality can vary from tour to tour, as I've been on a few JY tours. However, I hope to go with my brother who has not been with JY before and I want to choose a trip that will not disappoint!

I have had a chat with our Customer Care team about the hotel used on the Lake Garda tour. The Hotel Bel Soggiorno was used on 4 departures this year and unfortunately there was one departure that had some issues. However, the feedback received from the other three departures was positive.

This is the hotel that is listed for our 2015 departures. The hotel will be closely monitored and the team have re-iterated to the management that the standards that we set do need to be met on all departures.
