I am on the China trip leaving 7th Sep Booking A****** and I have not received my lounge pass. I checked I should receive one with my travel agent who rang you on Aug 20th and JY confirmed it would be posted. I have been away and got back yesterday and no pass. Just been down to travel agent and they have rung JY again and on the phone for half an hour speaking to Sebastian who finally said he couldn't authorise it and he couldn't get hold of the person concerned. I am not pleased as I leave on Saturday morning and must have it. My agent is awaiting a phone back from you and we hope it can be e-mailed or special delivery. I have had many holidays with you and never had this bad service before.
I know you are always a great help so PLEASE PLEASE can you sort it. Tricia
