I have been trying to contact the hotel for this trip to ask them a couple of questions but there has been no response using the email address on their website. Can you help with contact details or facilitating a response?

Questions are:-

- As the JY allocation of sea/pool view rooms are full, can I arrange this upgrade directly with the hotel and pay separately?

- If the above is not possible can I be allocated a room on the west side of the hotel away from the adjacent beach bar?

- Does the hotel supply towels for poolside use?

My booking reference is A******

I'm not sure about towels being provided for the outside pool but I understand that the hotel does provide them for the inside pool at a deposit.
