In the Your Guide to Flying booklet it states that we should get an ATOL certificate. For my last holiday and my upcoming one I have not had a certificate, although I seem to recall I got one for the trip to Vietnam. Are they necessary and are you still issuing them? My booking ref is A******.

If you are on a flight holiday you should still get a copy of our ATOL certificate. We tend to issue these with your confirmation invoice.

I've got my hands on a copy of this for you and will email it across to you now.
