sorry to keep bothering you but i had a little concern.... as you probably know i depart for florida on the 4th of september this year and i was wondering how far in advance do just you send out the the final pack up??? as i live in the netherlands and not the uk it normally takes around 10 days for my mail to reach me- give or take a couple of days. i was a little worried that the final pack up would not reach me in time- just making you aware of my situation. would it be possible for it to be sent a few earlier to ensure i receive it on time?

I've just had a little chat with the team that send out the final information packs and what they have said is....

They try to send out final documents around 25 days before departure so that it arrives with customers about 10 days before they leave. At this point they will see any customers that are travelling with us from overseas. Where they have an email address, they will send out a copy of the docuements electornically as well (I have just checked and we do have an email address for you in the system). So, you should receieve everything in plenty of time but, if not - let me know and I'll chase people down to make sure that your documentation reaches you in time to travel.
