Hi Julia

I think the final payment for the Rome trip is due in the next couple of weeks. I can't pay online because I have a JY voucher to use in part payment. Will a final invoice be sent to me or should I just send the voucher and my cheque with a cover letter quoting the tour reference?

P.S You can tell JY Will from me - if he wants more stars, he needs to come up with some more Canadian trips - then I'd vote for him to have eight!

Hi Mandy,

You should receive an invoice with your 15 week information but we can always send out another copy if required.

However, if you send in a cheque, your voucher and a cover letter with your booking reference, this would be absolutely fine.

I to have in the past had a voucher I sent that in with a covering letter and my holiday reference and JY generate a new invoice less the voucher amount and then I just paid the final amount as normal.

Don't worry Mandy, we are working on a new take on our Canadian Rockies holiday. Hopefully you have also seen the Canadian Polar Bears trip too?

Thanks Julia, I've sent off my cheque and the voucher.

One more question - I originally booked online and there was no mention of the optional excusions. I believe there is an optional trip to the Vatican museums/Sistine chapel and one to the English Cemetery. Can I pre-book these through Customer Services or should I sort them out with the TM on arrival?

Hi AELB,

Sadly, when you made your original booking, these hadn't been loaded into the system.

I am aware that the Vatican Museums excursion is available now and that the English Cemetery excursion is currently being loaded. If you wanted to book these before you depart, you will be able to pre-book both of them, with one of our holiday advisors, from next week.
