Has JY ever or would consider putting the number of rooms that there are in each hotel in their brochures?

I only ask because I prefer smaller hotels, can easily get lost in bigger ones.

Hi

I have a look on Tripadvisor, etc before I book, and ruled out a trip to Prague because it had 615 rooms, spa, sauna, shops, ATM's and abowling alley! Sounded more like a motorway service station without the petrol than a hotel. You can often find out about WiFi etc as well.

Hi, it’s not something we are currently planning on doing. As you can imagine there are lots of extra pieces of information that could be included about hotels and if we were to list them all, this would potentially detract from the itinerary itself. We are looking at including more hotel information on the website in future but with brochures, because there is a limited amount of space on our pages, it is a little more difficult to expand.

Thanks,

Tim

I just look all the hotels up on the internet the type of holidays I go on ii makes no difference because it could be only for one Night.. On the NZ tour there were so many hotels I had to keep a list going as I so easily forget the floor I was on let alone the room number...

it was nice in Austria and Tuscany to be in smaller hotels and stay put.

That sounds exactly the kind of place I would love to stay in!

The bigger the better!

Hi isn't it funny how we're all different! I love big hotels, with more facilities, maybe even a choice of restaurants and shops etc. I do agree that it would be helpful to have more info on the website and I understand why it's not possible to do so in the brochure. I do hope that when the changes come to the website design, the promised info regarding excursions and optional excursions is included. There could also be a climate guide to the country/area with temps/rainfall/humidity charts - some companies do this and it's very helpful. The more info the better!

Cheers,

Bob

Thank you Tim. And yes I do check on Trip Advisor. It would be nice to know without having to go on there.

I just don't like big hotels:huh:
