Hi Julia

I just had a letter from Just You telling me that the hotel I am booked into on the 8th October closes for the season on the 1st October. I am sure the replacement Hotel will be fine, but it seems a bit strange that Just You didn't know this / tell us until 10 days before the holiday is due to start.

Hi Lindsay,

This was a strange one, and usually we do know about this when we are putting together the brochures and plan accordingly. On this occasion we informed you as soon as we had been told by the Hotel and sourced a new one.

I have been assured that the new hotel is great, offering similar facilities and located in the same resort.
