Hi Julia,

I am beginning to dread trying to get through to the office, it's an absolute nightmare, and dread to think how big our phone bill will be. I am sure that JY will lose business if it continues, as I can imagine new people trying to book would give up and go with someone else.

Anyway, rant over! Can you help me please? I have booked a flight upgrade for my journey from Mumbai to Heathrow, and I need the airline booking reference to enable me to choose my seat. I know you cannot choose your seat on the usual block bookings, but I always choose my seat when I upgrade. My booking ref is A******. Thanks a million. Xx. :thumbup:

Hi brownowl, I tried the office a few times last week and the lines were jammed - I rang at 9.03am on Sat and got through straight away! There's a moral in that somewhere...

Hello there,

I managed to get straight through to customer services last Monday.

Apparently it is because Just You or it's subsidiary have taken over two other companies and that is why it has been difficult to contact them due to the added business. They said that things should run more smoothly soon.
