Hi, I have a query with regards to payment confirmation emails. I paid my remaining balance on a trip 2 days ago online and the final page said I had been sent an email to check through the details. I haven't yet received this email and just wondering how I will be able to have a receipt of my payment. Thanks for any help you can offer.

Our reservations system has your booking with a balance of £0.00 so we have received the payment. I have a colleague investigating why you haven't received the automated email confirming your payment.

In the meantime, we have printed off some documentation for you and this will be mailed out to you today.
