A number of people ask for details of the optional excursions available on holidays, and when you supply these details you usually give a price.

I understand that some excursions may have limited numbers, and thus there is an advantage in booking when you book the holiday. Leaving this issue aside, can you please confirm that a particular excursion will never be cheaper if booked with the Tour Manager on the holiday than by paying in advance in the UK.

I'm assuming that in both cases you pay in Sterling, and that we are comparing like with like, i.e an excursion exclusive to the people on the JY holiday, not one that I can book locally involving non JY holiday makers.

Thanks.

Good morning Stuart,

I can confirm that the excursion price does not change regardless of when you book. The only way this may potentially occur, is that we do offer pre bookable excursion packages on some tours which include several of the excursions at a reduced rate, being pre bookable, the theory is that you cannot then book them at the destination, however, for example if there is a cancellation or a place is made available for some reason, then that place may be offered to you, potentially at a different price, however I've never heard of this situation arising,

I hope this helps?

Kindest,

Ben
