I want to book all the extras for the Texas and New Orleans holiday on 27th September. Is there a deadline for booking?

I am told that the deadlines for booking optional excursions are detailed when your 15 week paperwork arrives, have you received this yet?

Although I am not doing the Texas and New Orleans holiday I see that you have quoted to Lindsay asking her if she has received her 15 week paperwork regarding excursions to that destination.

I am booked on the Singapore, Australia and New Zealand tour on October 5th I have not had any paperwork to date regarding excursions etc for that tour and it is only 3 months to go now!

Re Lindsays request, I'm also going to Texas on the 27th September and I received all the info regarding visa and optional excursions 5 days ago. All the trips can be booked and paid for in advance (deadline 5 days before departure) or can be booked with the tour manager out there. Hope this helps.

Hi Ben,

When I returned home from work this afternoon ( 27th June) the details of excursions had arrived from JY with Visa and National Express correspondence etc.

I am a bit confused now. The paperwork I received said bookable in advance or pay in resort. But I am sure I read in another thread that they had to be booked in advance.

Thanks for your post, all of the excursions on your holiday are both pre-bookable with us prior to travel and bookable in resort when you arrive.
