I booked this holiday a couple of weeks ago and although my deposit was taken, I have never received any confirmation through the post. I contacted the office by phone and was eventually told that there was a problem with this particular holiday, but not given any details as to what. Can you find out what the problem is? Is my holiday likely to be cancelled?

There may have been an issue at the time but I can't see any reason why the holiday won't go ahead now. There are 16 people booked now and there are just nine places left.

If you speak to our holiday advisors on 0844 567 8844 they'll be happy to issue another confirmation letter.
