Hello Gin, if you would like to provide me with your booking reference number then I can pass this on to the customer service team. They will then put a note against your booking, saying that you have requested a quieter room. I can then keep you updated and tell you whether or not we have managed to secure you a quiet room.
I would also like to add that it is worth taking online reviews with a pinch of salt. The views that are often posted online are not usually a fair representation of all of the guests that have stayed in that hotel, and it could be a limited number of customers reporting something that was perhaps a one off that has since stopped, could be construction work etc. Even if that is the case, I will still let customer services know that you like a quieter room.
