Hi Olly, I did what you suggested about phoning the number you put in last message. I was holding on for 15mins then the line was disconnected as it was 8pm. Unfortunately with the job I do, I get home late and am unable to call another time so could you please forward the information that I have NOT received the voucher for the Executive Lounge in my last lot of paperwork, which contained itineary and tickets. Another member on the same holiday has been told she will be directed to the lounge on arrival and does need to have a voucher. Could you please clarify. Thanks
