I think there seems to be a problem with some emails getting through. I posted one over the weekend that doesn't seem to have made it onto the page.

Can you tell me, please, why there has been a change to the 2011 itinerary for Sicily and why the tour now include 2 hotels instead of just the one? One of the new ones has some very poor reviews on Trip Advisor.

I am seriously thinking of booking this trip. Is it possible to request a room well away from where the music is?

We sometimes change hotels for all kinds of reasons - perhaps because there is a problem at the hotel, because they have closed for refurbishments or because our partnership has come to and end. I don't know what the exact reason is in this case but your tour manager may be able to tell you.

I would always take Trip Advisor reviews with a pinch of salt, as you never really know who is posting these reviews. Good ones could be posted by hotel managers and bad ones could be posted by their rivals across the street!

You can certainly make requests. the best way to do it is to call us 0844 567 8844 and it will be noted on your booking.
