I've noticed that for this holiday Croatia Istrian Coast 4/6/20 that all the regional flights go via Amsterdam.  Will there be a meet up for JY regional flyers in Amsterdam before we embark for Zagreb? Or do we do our own thing while we wait?

While at Amsterdam, you will be able to do you own thing while you wait for your connecting flight, but keep an eye out for the JY luggage labels on travellers hand luggage as they may be one of your fellow travellers.

Additionally can you tell which terminal (1 or 2) in Amsterdam does the returning flight to Bristol depart from?

These flights usually depart from Departures 2, however this would be confirmed in your final documents.
