I have been on 8 JY Tours and I find the way to go is smart casual, there will always be somebody more dressed up but there are sure to be some dressed down as well so I settle for in the middle. If the tour states your going somewhere posher than by all means go for it and take something dressier.

I find these holidays are more about the tour and the people than what people are wearing. You will have great fun I am sure
