You asked Jaya about his/her trip to the Holyland, and you wanted to do a 'CHURCHY' version. The methodist church in Jersey that I go to had 2 groups go this year. I am sure it was booked through an organisation that caters for church groups, not just methodists. I am sure that your local reverend could give you contact details for them. If not I can ask people who went this year and get the details from them. They met up with a group from the UK.

Thank you for your message, yes I do know there are organisations I think one is called tours for churches, I had the opportunity to go about 5 years ago, but was not in the right place for a tour like that mentally!!!!.... I have approached my vicar and although he thinks it is a great idea, we ( not me) are a elderly congregation and they do not have the money!!!...I can see myself going at some stage on this tour, but I really would of liked to go with my vicar and congregation, but that is not to be..as a Christian I think things might come up on a journey like this where I feel it would be good to have a vicar on board so to speak... Preferable one you know.
