I tried to post a reply on a thread and I got the message that post had been blocked as it may be spam or offensive. Never had that before. Can you explain what went wrong please

Sorry I didn't save the message I wrote. I was just replying to a thread which I started. Very strange as I replied to a different thread a few minutes after this one was blocked and said almost the same and that one went through.
