I also did trip to USA last year which was also good but very different. Have just booked to go to India in Oct. and am really looking forward to it.

I went on this trip in September 2010 and had a wonderful holiday, it was a great experience but I didn't go at a time when the add on was available. Be prepared to go straight into the tour as soon as you leave the airport, this does have the advantage of getting you acclimatised to the time difference. You will see a lot while you are in China and there are a couple of really long days but everything is taken at a steady pace. The food was also very good, I'm now quite proficient at using chopsticks!!! Enjoy your trip.

Thanks for the feedback Lesley. Looks as though everyone that has been has thoroughly enjoyed it. Have a great time in India. I am thinking of making that one next year.

Hi Debbie, I did this trip in May 2011 and it was fantastic. Pretty hectic until you get to the Yangtze but a wonderful experience . . and with great companions. This was my second holiday with JY and I new what to expect, a group with a great cross section of people. It is natural to be aprehensive before you experience this type of holiday. I certainly was with the first one!!!! I decided to just go with the flow of the holiday and really enjoyed it and the company of the others on the tour. So much so that I have booked to go the Vietnam and Cambodia in March. Just enjoy yourself!! John

I went on this trip 2 years ago and it was incredible! The country was absolutely fascinating with the mixture of very old and new. A lot of travelling but well worth it. You will not be disappointed.
