This may sound obvious, but it caught a few of us out on my last tour :-)
If you are travelling below the Equator in our winter months, remember that it is their spring/summer time and therefore Hay Fever season!
For those travelling to New Zealand - remember that it is famous for its millions of sheep and cows and consequently has miles and miles of lush green grass. It looks beautiful but is not great if you suffer from grass pollen related hay fever! Remember to pack your tablets accordingly.
