I am also going on this trip to India in November 24 my first time of solo travel in a group . I am very excited but also a bit nervous . I can't wait to meet my fellow travellers .

Hi fellow travellers booked for 6 nov 24 spirit of India. Can anyone answer me a question regarding mobile phone data ? Do we need to replace our SIM cards over there or just update our phone plan here ? I would be grateful for a reply . Thank you

Hi Himpfen..regarding mobile phones ,I believe UK plans do not operate in India,so you have to purchase an Indian sim card there.However some smart phones are able to take an ESIM purchased in this country online,google for this information. otherwise you can switch off your data in India and use the local wifi ,speak with your service provider in uk for their advice...
