I'm going in October from South Yorkshire- just you sorted ne a return flight from Manchester to lhr so didn't have rely on trains. 2 weeks parking at Manchester was less then £80.

I have decided to travel down the day before, however I have been offered a lift if the trains do strike. The train from Hull goes direct to Kings Cross so is usually stress free under normal circumstances!
