I’ve just booked America’s Western Highlights... very excited! Upgrade to Premium Economy was very reasonable too & I didn’t have to wait for a quote - well done JY, much improved service!

The free transfers to/from UK airport offered with these trips are so new they weren’t on the system yet to book so that will be added on once available. (Free within 100 miles l, £3/mile extra)

A friend and I have booked the Travelsphere holiday to Cuba for early November 2020. We enquired about airport transfers and were advised that, as we required two cars, this could not be offered. This seems unfair as we would have been eligible if we had booked with Just You.

Could you please check this out for me.

Travelsphere does have different terms and conditions around their airport transfers compared to the Just You festive offer. I have forwarded on your message to one of my colleagues who will take look into whether or not there is anything we can do for you and your friend.

Huge thanks Julia, I found the online copy of the new brochure outside of the JY site and am delighted to see that Lyon is on offer so will be booking soon.  Have wanted to go there for about 7 years since we stopped there for an hour to change Eurostar trains.  Been to Annercy but it is such a delightful place that I am happy to revisit.  Thanks again, sorry to waste your time.
