One of our partners (Good Housekeeping) are looking for case studies of women in their 30s, 40s, 50s or 60s whose life was transformed by one amazing summer. They are looking for a woman who went on holiday alone and had an adventure.

There will be an interview by phone and a photo shoot in London during the first week of April.

Do you fit the bill? Simply email me (jmorton@justyou.co.uk) the answers the following questions that will be passed on to our PR agency:

1. Name, age, and contact details

2. A summary of your experiences to include:

- Which dates the events took place

- What you were doing in life in the lead-up to that summer

- What happened that summer and what changed about your life and how you feel

- The lasting impact that summer has had

- Please include details of any emotion and drama that would be compelling for our readers

3. Recent photograph (not for publication, just for planning the photo shoot)

4. Previous press exposure (publication and date)

5. Height, dress size, shoe size, bust size, local train station (for planning your clothes and your transport to the photo shoot)

6. Any dates you are NOT available for the shoot in the first week of April.
