I'm new and a bit (a lot, to tell the truth) scare of going on holidays with a group I don't know. I'm in the 50-60 age bracket. Any suggestions? Some thing I'd like is a dancing holiday, maybe not suitable in JustYou?

I to am in the 50-60 bracket at the moment I am 53 lol....

I have done 8 JY tours with a 9th booked I go for the tourist type of tour..

SORRY I am not and never have been a dancer so can't advice you on a tour that does this.

There is no need of being scared of going on holidays with a group you do not know. The beauty of this is you meet new people and make new friends. Going on Just You holiday is brilliant. Everyone is in the same boat. Hope you find a holiday and book it - you will love the experience.

I am in the same age group as yourself. During my Christmas holiday in the UK with Just You last month Dancing Holidays were put forward as a suggestion to our Tour Leader as an area for potential new business. I have been on one with Solos which I really enjoyed. So watch this space!!!

Have you tried ceroc dancing? They organise dance holidays look for jive addiction

The only hols i remember where people had a dance was when there were entertainment on in the hotel on an evening, "treasures of andalucia" & "discover mallorca". Also there was lenty of dancing done on a christmas holiday i did.

Certainly cant remember much dancing on any of the touring holidays i've done.

Hi all, I couldn't think of a worse type of holiday, sorry to those who are interested! Maybe a tour company should set up a Club 18-30 type holiday selection for those over 30!

I have heard the weekends and Christmas breaks are more for the dancy types so that's not me:exclamation:
