This holiday was at the Crowne Plaza it was a lovely hotel, good position, friendly and helpful staff. Hotel modern and clean. Had a room overlooking the road and could not hear a thing.
Christina the Tour Guide was excellent could not do enough for her guests and made sure everyone had a good time.
The food was a bit on the ordinary side but at Christmas this tends to be the norm in big hotels.
The organised excursion round Liverpool and the excursion to Chester were well organised and fabulous. The Cathedral in Liverpool was definitely one of the highlights.
