Just returned from the most wonderful trip to Lake Como. The hotel is absolutely superb, the Christmas Day Dinner was unbelievable - 8 courses, beautiful waiter service and each guest was given a Christmas present.

Our JY representative, Richard, must be the best representative JY has; nothing was too much trouble. He wasn't intrusive but always there to answer any queries, or give any help if required.

Met some very nice people, Sally, Diane, Ken and Justine. Happy Christmas to you all. May see you again some time.
