How many people are on this tour and the ratio. Will there be a tour manager from Heathrow via Hong Kong to Japan on the flight or just on arrival at Japan? Also has anybody upgraded flights as I am considering this but it's all down to price. I have booked the holiday but as I am vegetarian I know it will be difficult with food but I am sure it will be ok.

Hi Jan,

There are 27 people booked so far, 9 men and 18 women. Their ages range from late 20s to mid 80s.

Your Tour Manager will be Trevor Gibbs and he'll be flying with the group from Heathrow.
