Hi Julia/Amy,

I know I've been critical of some aspects of JY customer care and planning policy recently but I do believe in being fair and giving credit where it is due.

So just to say, well done to all those involved in the new revamped Travelsphere website - it is clear, more attractive and easy to use.  I don't see a general search box however (where you can type in the destination you're looking for), will that be brought back or have I missed it?  Will the JY website be revamped in a similar way?

Hi Bob,

I'm delighted to hear that you like the new look Travelsphere website.

In terms of the search functionality - at the minute they have removed the "free-type" search so you start your search with where, when, price or type and then are able to refine you search on the next screen. It is only a couple of days old so it will be reviewed to see how people are using it.

In terms Just You getting a new website. There is nothing set in stone - but we won't be out done by Travelsphere and we'll certainly be making our voices heard!
