In reference to bookings XXXXXXX and XXXXXXX. Due to a change in my health circumstances I have had to take out additional medical insurance, and I rang Customer Services at the beginning of last week to update them with the new policy number for each booking, and also to inform them of my medical issue.
I was kept waiting quite a long time on the phone, but eventually got through, and was informed that I would be receiving new confirmation invoices, reflecting the new information. As of today's date I have unfortunately not received these. Would you be kind enough to ask if these are indeed on their way to me please?
