I'm a newbie to this forum, having just booked Costa Rica & Nicaragua, and looking forward to getting involved.

My first query relates to the ATOL certificate which wasn't included in the confirmation letter received a couple of days ago. Was this just an admin oversight or should I be concerned about cover? Has it happened to anyone else?

Would you be able to send me across your booking reference number and I will look in to this for you. It is possible that your atol certificate is being re-issued to reflect the change of ownership but I would need your reference number to check.

Please can you check and confirm for me that a new ATOL certificate is being issued to me for my holiday  to Namibia departing on 22nd Feb. Booking ref A******.

I am querying this because I have already received my new ATOl certificate for my Roof of the World holiday which isn't until 3rd Sept.

I have just spoken to a member of the team who have advised that they are still working on issuing all of the revised ATOL certificates and you should receive you second ATOL certificate shortly. If this hasn't been received by next week, drop me another message and we can get it re-issued.
