Hi

Do you know how long it would normally take for a Kenyan Visa?

I opted to include the Visa when I booked the Kenyan Safari for November........however I am now going to Italy for the weekend 14th - 17th October and am wondering if there will still be time to send off etc for my Visa when I get back, or would it be better for me to organise it myself now?

Thanks for any advice you can give.

Paula

Hi Paula,

Sorry for the delay in coming back to you, I have been advised by our Visa Team that:

We turn around the visa in about 3 weeks. If you send your passport into us as soon as you get your visa pack we can get this processed for you. You will typically receive this 15 weeks before you depart (if you receive your documents by post) or 10 weeks before if you've opted for email documentation.

Kindest regards,

Julia

Edited 28/07/2016 to make sense (sorry to those who read draft 1)

Hi

I received an email yesterday saying 15 weeks until my trip, with updated information, however it also stated Visa information will be sent out approx 2 months before departure.....looking at the above response, does this mean i am set up for email documentation? If this is the case is it possible to change to get documents posted (if this means they are sent now)

Thanks

Paula
