I sent off my passport on 1st sept, & you received it on 2nd. I was told last week on the phone that i would receive my passport/visa back at end of Sept. This has not happened. Have tried to phone JY on several occassions today, but with no reply.

Could you please let me know whats happening?

Please don't worry about your passport or visa - they are being processed and will be back with you in good time before you fly.

We are experiencing slight delays in the visa process at the moment.
